  Denis Dubourdieu has gifted us a taut, precise Doisy this year. It has a lifted nose with honey, apple-blossom and a touch of kiwi fruit. Good definition. The palate is fresh and lively, well balanced with a refreshing, taut, linear finish of honeysuckle, a dash of apricot and green lemon. Precision, precision! (April 29, 2009)

  Pale gold. Peachy/apricot nose, quite delicate. The rich and concentrated on the palate, brisk and racy and full of life; lovely clean fresh finish. Very attractive and one of my favourites of the tasting. Julia Harding MW. (May 2009)
