The Château cuvée is undoubtedly the oldest of our domain, it is one of the sure values of our house.

Consistent, elegant and fruity, it simply delights the most demanding consumers. The rosé wine of the Château du Château de l’Escarelle cuvée will be perfect for your aperitifs or as an accompaniment to your pissaladières, grilled chicken with its dish of vegetables from the sun, fresh fruit salad …

Winemaker’s Notes:
Delicate, with elegant, floral aromas. Lively minerality on the palate with strawberry notes. A perfect aperitif and also delicious with shellfish and traditional Southern French dishes.

With a bright salmon pink color, this wine is elegant and fine with beautiful floral aromas. The taste is fresh, mineral and lively, dominated by fresh strawberry flavors.

Food/Wine Pairing:
A wonderful appetizer that goes well with Mediterranean dishes, tapas, pizza or fine sausages.

Best served well chilled at: 10-12 ° C.

  • 91 Vinous Antonio Galloni

Vivid onion skin. Incisive red berry and orange zest scents are complemented by emerging floral and herb nuances. Fleshy and dry, showing good heft to the strawberry and blood orange flavors, which are braced by a core of juicy acidity. Smoothly blends depth and energy and finishes long and gently spicy, with lingering florality and a hint of chalky minerals.
