Winemaker’s Notes:
2020 Chateau De L’Escarelle Cuvee Palm Rose France – Perfectly located among the green hills of Provence, Château de l’Escarelle’s vineyard is forever evolving and renewing itself. The property’s 100 hectares of vines flourish in a beautiful protected green setting of 1,000 hectares. The vines are planted on soil consisting of limestone pebbles, on terraces separated by dry-stone walls at an altitude of up to 500 metres, harmoniously following the shape of Escarelle’s hills and montagne de la Loube. This variation in altitude contributes to the terroir’s special character, enabling the vinification of very expressive wines, thereby defining Escarelle’s unique, sophisticated signature.

The ambassador of the range, this is a radiant, pale-pink appearance, a delicate, subtle nose and is fresh and lively on the palate. The fruity aromas of this easy-drinking wine make it perfect for an aperitif or enjoyed with tapas, a tasty pizza or a little charcuterie.

  Light salmon-pink hue. Spice and pot-pourri aromas, the palate fruity and soft, rich and barely off-dry in its balance, with a lasting after-grip that helps to dry the finish. Slight tannin grip. Good flavour, intensity and balance.
