Description:
An opulent blend of Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, Cinsault, Sémillon, Cabernet-Sauvignon. The nose is complex and refined with notes of citrus and red fruit and floral, spicy aromas. The palate shows good structure and finesse. Flavours of red fruit and citrus, developing floral and mineral notes. Aromatic and complex on the finish with good tautness. Marafiance is an expressive pairing for a wide variety of cuisines.

Tasting Notes:
On the palate, light notes of red fruit, peach, cherries and garrique, a typical southern French spiciness (thyme, lavender, pine). It is fresh, refined and beautifully dry. The finish is medium long. Nice aperitif with some charcuterie, with a salad with chicken or fish that is not too salty. Or try it with salmon or grilled white fish or prawns.
