Tasting Notes:
From the start, the nose expresses scents of black fruits. In the mouth, the acidity adds to the elegant structure of the tannins. The finish is fruity and crisp. A real success!

This is a rich wine with generous tannins and dense black-plum fruits. A hint of dark chocolate gives the wine its rich texture and edge of extraction that will not detract from the delicious ripe fruitiness and potential. Drink from 2023.
The 2016 Cambon La Pelouse is fabulous. Pliant, generous and totally sexy, the 2016 exudes richness in all of its dimensions. Succulent red cherry, plum, leather, spice and herb notes build into the resonant, fleshy finish. I expect the 2016 will drink well right out of the gate. Hubert De Board consults. Tasted Twice.
